SHERMAN ROBINSON is president and owner of Sherman Robinson, Inc. Sherman has been associated with the food service industry since 1959. After his architectural design studies at Ohio University, he began his design career with a food facilities equipment dealer in Dayton, Ohio. Quickly recognized for his design talents, Sherman was recruited by prominent food facilities consulting firm based in Indianapolis, with offices in three states. Mr. Robinson later became vice president of this organization, until the founder's retirement. Desiring more "hands on" experience and knowledge, Sherman worked, installing kitchens, with a food equipment contractor in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He then established the firm of Sherman Robinson, Incorporated, which has now been in business 1970. Sherman Robinson, Incorporated continues to grow with clients in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kansas City, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi

Mr. Robinson is a professional member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International), and has served on the Board of Directors for two years. In 1975, he was awarded the Volume Feeding Award from INSTITUTIONS magazine for his design work on the Indiana Bell Telephone Company building in Indianapolis. He has since served as a judge in the same awards program.

Mr. Robinson has been active in local civic endeavors, as well as professional organizations. He has received numerous Certificates of Appreciation for speaking engagements and other donated services. A few of Mr. Robinson's honors are as follows:
